Gay cake discrimination case goes to Supreme Court
The Supreme Court sitting in Belfast is to consider an appeal by the local Christian-owned Ashers' Bakery in the so-called gay cake case. Ashers is challenging a lower court ruling that its refusal to ice a cake with the slogan "Support Gay Marriage" was discriminatory. We've been speaking to solicitor Ciaran Moynagh and human rights campaigner Peter Tatchell. First Noel Thompson asked Ciaran about the previous court ruling:
