'If I had stayed in school I would be dead.... I would have killed myself'
The number of children being home-schooled has risen by about 40% over three years, the 成人快手 has found.
In Scotland, 0.1% of children are home-educated, 969 in total.

17 year old Esme joined us with a very frank account of her experience. She has been home schooled for the past 8 years and told us that if she had stayed in school, she would have killed herself.
