What is it like to live with severe OCD?
Lily Bailey cannot remember a time when she did not experience distressing intrusive thoughts. As a child she would worry about anything from spreading disease to appearing vain, and performed an exhaustive series of 'routines'. She has now written a memoir, Because We Are Bad, describing her experience of obsessive-compulsive disorder, and joins Jane to share her experiences.
