Ambulance service dealing with hundreds of 'frequent callers'
The East of England Ambulance Service is dealing with hundreds of calls a year from its five most prolific callers.
The service received 19-hundred calls from just five people in the space of a year - one called more than 500 times, although only needed an ambulance on 37 occasions.
Sometimes 'frequent' callers ring up to 40 times a day.
