In the studio, Jo Cunningham from Shrewsbury Folk Festival is talking about the Alan Surtees Trust, a grant giving organisation that supports performers whose work is rooted in, or influenced by, traditional music and arts. Also in the studio, guests from Folk 21, a national voluntary group that promotes, supports and provides a voice for the guest-booking folk club circuit across the UK.
