In 2014 a landmark case took place involving two Glasgow midwives.
Mary Doogan and Connie Wood lost their fight to be allowed to opt out of supervising colleagues carrying out terminations.
Now retired, Mary Doogan is renewing her call to allow medical staff to opt out of abortion work. We're also joined by Mary Neal who is Senior Lecturer from The Law School at Strathclyde University.
