FA brings in Rooney Rule
The FA is introducing its own version of the Rooney Rule. This was established in 2003, and requires National Football League teams in the United States to interview one black or ethnic minority candidate for head coaching and senior football operation opportunities. Lawyer Cyrus Mehri co wrote the Rooney Rule and speaks to 成人快手 presenter Karen Gabay about how it works in practice.
