Can stifling a sneeze be bad for your health?
Stopping yourself from sneezing by clamping your nose and mouth shut can cause serious physical damage, doctors are warning.
It comes after a 34-year-old man ruptured the back of this throat by stifling a sneeze.
Dr Ding Yang was one of the specialists who saw the patient in hospital.
