Kelly Holmes: I felt lost after I retired
Dame Kelly Holmes, has said after she retired she felt 'really lost'.
Holmes, told 5 live Afternoon Edition, the reason she wants to help other sports people who transition is that even as an Olympian with two gold medals she 'got on a really bad low' after she retired.
She added it was even more difficult for those sports people who had not won medals and had nowhere to go after.
