成人快手 Minute: On North Korea's atomic ambitions
In the fourth part of this 成人快手 Minute series on North Korea we're exploring its nuclear capabilities. In 2017 the Nobel peace prize went to the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons. Yet recently Pyongyang edged one step closer to becoming, what it calls, 'a nuclear state.' With no successful diplomatic solutions to disarm it, could a nuclear armed North Korea encourage other countries to build their nuclear stockpiles? We asked the 成人快手's Defence and Diplomatic correspondent, Jonathan Marcus.
