From plantain to chin chin, Jollof rice to Fonio - these are the foods you could soon being seeing more of on supermarket shelves and restaurants around the world. Global food trend consultancy firm, The Food People, estimate that West African and Nigerian food could be the next big food trend - and the ‘last great untapped cuisine.’
Tokunbo Koiki is a Nigerian woman, living in London, who is on the march to put West African food on the map with her supper clubs and street food stalls. She's fed 5,000 people since starting 2 years ago.
