In this 5th episode of our series on 2018 Food Trends we're looking at food styling. In recent years social media has become a major platform for people to share pictures of food. From liking snaps of your favourite brunch haunts, to salivating over a cake you've spotted on your Instagram feed - we all seem to love showing other people what we're eating. And now there's a growing trend of people styling food for a living.
