What do Stevie Wonder and Ellie Goulding have in common? They are both vegans - meaning they don't eat dairy products, eggs or anything from animals. As Generation Z and millennials become more conscious of the environmental and ethical impact of their food choices, experts say in 2018 there will be a much bigger push towards more people opting for plant-based eating rather than meat.

Andrea Waters is the co-owner of Redemption, a vegan, gluten-free and alcohol-free restaurant, which she claims is 'the healthiest' in London.
