In this 成人快手 Minute Series on 2018 Food Trends we're looking at street food. It's thought billions of people eat street food each day. And now experts from the global food trends agency, The Food People, predict it will continue to dominate the culinary scene, not only in Asia and Africa, but also in Europe, as more people opt for informal, rather than formal dining.

Giuliano Crispini, from Pigling Street - a food stall which serves around 600 people a week in central London, explains why more people in the UK are opting for the New York model of eating out 3-5 times a week.
