Young mum urges others to be open about anxiety
Katie Marie suffered from crippling anxiety after the birth of her daughter four years ago.
She spent most of her time checking to see if her newborn was still breathing because she felt overwhelmed by the responsibility of motherhood.
"When I get anxiety I get physically sick or I get terrible cramps and start having panic attacks. I start finding it hard to breathe," said the 24-year-old.
"I would never leave the house... I do get really emotional and I think that's why I haven't spoken about it before, it's because of the mum guilt."
