How do you rescue a stricken submarine?
An intensive search and rescue operation is underway to locate and save the crew of the Argentine submarine San Juan. After several days there are concerns that the vessel could be running out of oxygen. Dan Conley captained British Royal Navy submarines and was involved in search and rescue training.
