Norway take the lead on equal pay in football
Men and women are both set to be paid the same amount from next year - in a deal believed to be the first instance of equal pay in International football.
In order to do this, the Norwegian FA said the men had agreed to shift funds from their team to the women's.
Norway's women's captain Maren Mjelde says it is a step in the right direction for women's football.
