Will this pipeline lead to another Standing Rock?
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau came into office pledging big cuts in carbon emissions to fight climate change. But he鈥檚 also a big supporter of Canada鈥檚 oil industry. He believes building a new pipeline will create jobs without busting Canada鈥檚 carbon budget. But, as Eilis O'Neill reports, not everyone sees it that way.
