'I saw a bear joyride a car into my garden'
Cindy Johnson, from Durango, in Colorado, woke up in the early hours of the morning to see a bear crashing her neighbour's Subaru into her mailbox.
Police believe the black bear had broken the back window to gain access to some food left inside and had knocked the car into gear, causing it to roll down a hill.
She told ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio 5 live's Rhod Sharp: "I heard a car horn blow and I got up and went out onto my balcony, which is on the second storey, and my car was fine but I could still hear all this crashing and banging."
Describing the damage, Cindy added: "The steering wheel had been ripped from the column, the radio was out, there were teeth marks on the dashboard and claw marks."
