Richard Hawley on dog walks and chip butties with John Grant
Richard's backstage at the Royal Albert Hall ahead of playing in the Scott Walker Prom. He'll be performing alongside John Grant, and remembers the first time they met. When John's tour later brought him to Sheffield, he soon got sick of eating out of service stations and wanted a taste of normal life. So he joined Richard for a dog walk through the woods, and a trip to a local cafe. But what was his verdict on one of Britain's finest delicacies?
