Should NHS staff have to pay to park at work?
A UHW staff member tells Jason he has to pay over 拢3,000 on parking fines at the hospital. Private parking firm Indigo say with the full backing of the health board, they have targeted persistent offenders & have an obligation to ensure restrictions are enforced.
