A steelworker's view of globalisation
Former steel worker Joe Schrodek blames globalisation for the loss of his job after 38 years working in mills in Warren, Ohio. Mr Schrodek blames NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Area, for the decline of the steel industry in his hometown. Owen Bennett Jones asked him to reflect on his life and that of his community.
