Property prices in Hong Kong are some of the most expensive in the world. For many it's almost impossible to get on the housing ladder, a fact that causes much frustration and anger.
Allan Zeman, chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Group, says it's partly down to a colonial legacy that has never been addressed.
