Ep 2: What if Women Ruled the World?

Yael Bartana鈥檚 groundbreaking film and performance project set in a war room where a group of 10 women will be confronted by some of the urgent crises of our time.

Recorded live on 6 July 2017, Bartana has created an environment that has actors and experts coming together to exchange ideas about a new future.

Tonights experts are:

Holly Kilroy is co-founder of Security First and runs the Civil Society Centre for Digital Resilience.

Lisa Ling is a former Technical Sergeant who served over 20 years in the US military and left with an honourable discharge in 2012.

Kate Raworth is an economist whose research focuses on the unique social and ecological challenges of the 21st Century.

Irena Sabic is a human rights barrister with particular expertise in immigration and asylum, community care, housing and planning law.

Mariam Ibrahim Yusuf is a refugee from Chula Island in Somalia. During the conflict, she escaped to Kenya and lived in a refugee camp for six years.
