Top executives at the oil giant Shell are being accused of striking a deal in Nigeria despite knowing their money would end up in the hands of a convicted money launderer. Meanwhile, the boss of Barclays Bank is to have his bonus reduced for trying twice to identify an anonymous corporate whistleblower.
