20 years on, the biopic ‘Selena’ is still relevant
In 1995, the death of the popstar Selena sent shockwaves through the Latino community. Two years later, her life story was made into a film. Titled simply ''Selena,'' it was a box office hit. Vanessa Erazo, a journalist for Remezcla, has been thinking a lot about the film’s legacy, 20 years on.
