Should fielders be allowed to wear gloves?

The Stumped team debate about fielders wearing more protective equipment such as gloves.

Currently Law 41 says that no fielder other than the wicket-keeper is permitted to wear gloves during the match.

But Charu Sharma explains that there is an abundance of "players with injured fingers" and that it is "killing the game"
