Captain Root deserves our respect – Warner
Australia batsman David Warner feels Joe Root will be a fantastic captain for England - and can't wait to come up against his team in the Ashes.
Warner was infamously banned for punching Root in a Birmingham bar in 2013.
Warner, speaking to Prakash Wakankar, also pays tribute to Alastair Cook for deciding to keep playing under a different skipper.
