Double Olympic champion Elaine Thompson tells Sportsworld's Lee James how her life has changed since becoming a double Olympic champion.

Thompson won gold in the 100m and 200m to complete the sprint double in Rio last summer and says she is getting used to the pressure that comes with being the one athlete everyone wants to beat.
