Can SA T20 league combat Kolpak deals?
South Africa is facing an exodus of players quitting the international game to take up lucrative contracts abroad - known as Kolpak deals.
A new big-money Twenty20 league - that's billing itself as a rival to the Indian Premier League and Big Bash - is being devised to potentially combat the problem.
The league will feature 8 city-based teams and will take place in the summer holiday season of November and December.
