Says England and Arsenal player Alex Scott, talking about the FA People's Cup tournament. Alex describes being signed to Arsenal at eight years old and how her love of and commitment to football has taken her life in so many positive directions. It is completely free to enter the five-a-side FA People's Cup competition which is run in partnership with ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Get Inspired and welcomes male, female and disability players across 16 categories – ranging from U14s through to veterans (over-35s). The Round dates are First Round: Sat 25 & Sun 26 Feb, Semi-Finals: Sat 25 & Sun 26 March, Finals: Sun 30 Apr. Since it started The FA People’s Cup has attracted more than 60,000 players. Players can register whether they are part of an established team or an individual who can join 'wild card' teams that are formed prior to the tournament starting. The competition takes place over three rounds; first round, second round and finals. You have until 19 February 2017 to enter this season's competition.
