Mike Coman says that The Exiles need to keep focused for the season run-in.

"We've probably been a bit off the pace the last few weeks which has been frustrating. This week is a really good chance to try and right a few wrongs.

"Ealing played really well last weekend, probably something we haven't encountered this year, being pushed that close.

"We've got plans in place to keep us ticking over and keep us match fit (during the long break after the Nottingham game)."
