Could this spice save American farms?
The snowy state of Vermont is famous for its maple syrup, and for its cheeses. But local farmers have been struggling for years. Low milk prices and big factory farms have pushed many of them out of business. So some are looking for something else to farm. And two researchers at the University of Vermont think they might have an answer. Shirin Jaafari reports.
