Volunteers Run New Night Shelter
A new emergency night-shelter for homeless men will open in Northampton tonight, run largely by volunteers. It will open with 2 paid staff and 50 volunteers.
PLUS:
Campaigners in Towcester want a guarantee that the bypass, to take the A5 away from the town centre, will be completed by 2020.
