Should executive pay be reined in?
Moves to crack down on excessive corporate pay in privately-owned companies are due to be be outlined by the government.
The plans include making Britain's largest companies reveal the pay gap between bosses and their average workers. It is one of several measures to curb executive pay.
General Secretary of the Trade Union Congress Frances O'Grady, partner at PwC Tom Gosling, John O'Donoghue, a business manager at a software development company and Andy Silvester, from the Institute of Directors, discussed the issue with Joanna.
