Rights of Passage: A Century of People Power

‘…to know the future we must know the past and present…’ Walter Rodney.

The Black Cultural Archive (BCA) based in Brixton, London are hosting an exhibition called Rights of Passage.

Hearing from historical voices through the ages, including the 1919 race riots, first generation settlers in the late 1940s to the recent EU referendum, the archival display aims to re-examine how identities are often shaped by the political landscape.
