The option of a second referendum on the Brexit deal should be kept open, says Tony Blair.

The former prime minister told the Today programme's Nick Robinson he accepted the Leave vote but he argued people should be able to express their view - through Parliament, an election or another referendum - if the Brexit deal did not make leaving worthwhile.
