Do bike share programs really work?
Bike share programs seem to be everywhere. In Boston, there鈥檚 Hubway. In Paris, there鈥檚 Velib. In Milan, there鈥檚 BikeMi. But how well do these systems actually work? Susan Shaheen, a transportation expert at the University of California, Berkeley, says very well.
