The Maker Movement was started to reconnect Americans with the joy that comes from making things by hand. Now it鈥檚 gone global. But what does the Maker Movement mean in China -- the country that鈥檚 been the factory of the world for decades? Well, that depends whether you're a Maker, or a government official.
