Michael Phelp's sister Hilary Phelps Eldridge insists she thinks Rio 2016 will definitely be the last Olympics for her brother. Michael Phelps is one of the most decorated Olympians of all time with twenty three gold medals. He made his Olympic debut at the 2000 Games, winning his first gold in Athens in 2004. He has 28 Olympic medals in total. Hilary helped introduce her brother to the sport and told Sportsworld presenter Lee James, that even she was shocked he came out of retirement to compete in Rio.
