It's unusual to hear from Premier League officials, they aren't allowed to speak to the press after matches much to the frustration of the media and fans alike.

But on a pre-season charity bike ride two of them, Jon Moss and Martin Atkinson, have been speaking to Sportshour's Caroline Rigby about how they deal with the pressures of the job.
