Mother Amy Capron has described her family's "terrible" 18-hour-long wait in a queue at Dover.
She told the programme she was angry at the lack of information: "I kept updated on social media... The estimated wait time was five hours and it ended up being 17, 18 hours."
Her husband walked two miles to buy food and they had to cook sausages in their van at the side of the road.
