Catherine reviews Academy Street by Mary Costello - the story of the life of an Irish woman born in the 1940s who moves to America - and Dirt Road by James Kellman, which is currently 成人快手 Radio 4's Book at Bedtime. It's a coming of age novel, and a celebration of a father-son relationship.
