Fallujah, in Iraq, is a city fairly used to being besieged. At the moment it's surrounded by Iraqi government forces, and it's being bombed from the air by America. Inside is the group which likes to call itself Islamic State, and 50,000 stranded civilians. This could be a major turning point in the fight against IS.
