Priests accused of abuse in South America
This year’s Academy Award for Best Picture went to ‘Spotlight,’ a film about a team of Boston Globe reporters who exposed cases of sexual abuse by Catholic priests. More than a decade after the story, journalist Will Carless discovered that in South America, priests involved in the scandal are still leaders in the Church.
