Kevin Spacey: 'Fundamental dysfunction' in TV news
A portrait of fictional US president Frank Underwood, played by Kevin Spacey in the series House of Cards, has been unveiled at the National Portrait Gallery in Washington DC.
Speaking to correspondent Jane O'Brien at the opening, Mr Spacey explained how he felt about the role and gave his views on US political culture.
