Europe's first disabled pro-basketball star

Natasa Kovacevic, a basketball player who lost her lower left leg in a bus accident recalls her journey to becoming the first disabled European player to play in a professional team.

The accident occurred when Kovacevic was with her former team - Gyor - in September 2013 at the age of 19. The 21-year-old's coach and team manager were killed in the crash.

At 6ft 2in and as a bronze medallist at the European Under-18 Championships in 2012, Kovacevic was seen as one of her country's most promising players.

Now, remarkably, she's back on the court - in the first team of the famous Serbian team, Red Star Belgrade. The ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ's Balkans Correspondent, Guy De Launey, went to see her in action.
