"Pressure" is the big danger for young players

Schalke's Academy coach Norbert Elgert says it should be about "fun, fun fun" to get the best out of the team. The German club have produced numerous players for the German national team including Arsenal's Mezut Ozil and Bayern Munich's Manuel Neuer.
