Jazz saxophonist and rapper Soweto Kinch gives his take on whether there is a lack of access to top universities for black students.
The former head of Oxford University鈥檚 African Society says he welcomes David Cameron鈥檚 pledge to force institutions to broaden their intake.
But there is 鈥渘o use tinkering around the edges鈥, he says. 鈥淯nless we radically reframe our notions of British history, racism is not going anywhere.鈥
