Desperate for help - and no where to turn to for help.
That's how one mum has told us she's feeling as she struggles to cope with her teenage daughter's mental health issues. Karen has a 13-year old who we're calling Sarah - not her real name. Sarah experiences violent mood swings and comfort eats - something her mother describes as a growing addiction to sugar. But when Karen approached Social Services for help, she was given an apology and told the case would be looked at.
She's still waiting.
Where, though, does a mum with a mentally ill child with violent tendencies go in the meantime? As part of our 'In the Mind' season exploring mental health issues, today we hear Karen & Sarah's story...

But one Leicester public house is bucking that trend thanks to a new defibrillator - which they're hoping could save lives. 成人快手 Radio Leicester's Jack Rafferty checked in at Aylestone to find out more.
And could you learn a language in just one week?
Well apparently you can - it was reported that with 5 hours of intensive study a day, you could learn a new lingo. So, at the beginning of this week, Rupal Rajani challenged Jim Davis to try and learn as much Spanish as possible in just five days. Little did they know, that on Friday they would be joined by a Spanish lecturer for over 16 years from the University of Leicester.
Francesca popped in to test them on their Spanish linguistics, and it was fair to say, that it didn't go too well...
